Having to mount and remove a heavy fifth wheel hitch just to use your truck bed can be a hassle. Road shock and chucking can turn towing into a rough experience. Inside this pin box are torsion tubes and rubber cords that twist and compress to absorb movement between the truck and trailer. The self-latching lever automatically engages when the hitch ball is in the socket, so you don’t have to wrestle with your coupler during hookup. Made from heavy-duty steel with a corrosion-resistant powder coat finish, this pin box bolts on using existing hardware for straightforward installation. After a year of use, we love this hitch. It rides so smooth going down the road, I have my bed space back, and most important I dont have to have a second hitch as I pull goose necks during the week and hated putting in a fifth wheel plate.

We absolutly love it. We recommend it to others quite often. The only negative is the release rod that comes with it is just AWFUL. We have received a different release but have yet to install it. Its not quite camping season in Oregon!

W excellent product that now has 11k miles of towing 16k lb 5th wheel! For hookup that needs to be precise, I settled on the simple yellow foam ball on a telescoping metal placed on the ball in my truck bed. Perfect, one shot alignment, with no help! I’d recommend this product for all who tow 5th wheels!
